Are JHIFF tickets tax-deductible?

The Peak Patron packages are tax-deductible. You should work with your tax professional to determine the tax-deductible amount.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds.

Can I reserve a specific seat in advance?

No. We do not offer venue seating selections/reservations. All seating is on a general admission, first-come, first-served basis.

How early can I arrive at my screening?

We encourage everyone to arrive 30 minutes before showtime to make the most of your experience. Doors will open 15 minutes before the screening, so you’ll have plenty of time to settle in and get ready for the show!

Can I bring my own food/beverages?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

How is the weather in Jackson?

Temperatures vary greatly in December, averaging in the high 20s. All of our events are held indoors; however, please dress appropriately for the walk to the venue. You can plan on dressing for winter.
