When is Jackson Hole International Film Festival?

Jackson Hole International Film Festival will be December 8 - 10, 2023.

When will I know what films are showing?

The 2023 schedule of films will be available on our website in early November 2023.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased via our website link.

Are JHIFF tickets tax deductible?

The Peak Patron packages are tax deductible. You should work with your tax professional to determine the tax deductible amount.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds.

Can I reserve a specific seat in advance?

No. We do not offer venue seating selections/reservations. All seating is general admission and first come, first served.

How early can I arrive at my screening?

Lines form at the venue approximately one hour prior to screening start time. We will begin loading attendees 30 mins prior to scheduled start time.

Can I arrive after the screening starts?

Late arrivals will be allowed entry on a space available basis. Rush/standby tickets are sold to any empty seats in the venue at the start of every screening.

What are rush tickets?

Rush tickets are offered when a screening or event is sold out. The rush system functions as a standby line that will form at the venue approximately one hour prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin roughly 10 minutes prior to program start time. Rush tickets are the same price as advance tickets and are payable upon entry.

Can I bring my own food/beverages?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

What are the Covid-19 protocols?

Jackson Hole International Film Festival is committed to the health and safety of all of our guests. Our attendees’ safety and comfort will remain our top priority as we plan and prepare for the 2023 Jackson hole international film festival. Covid-19 guidelines and recommendations are continually changing and evolving and we will continue to update our protocols as new guidance is provided.

In advance of arriving at the Jackson Hole International Film Festival, please familiarize yourself with the events Covid-19 protocols available.

Is there a refund for my purchase if I cannot attend due to a Covid-19 exposure or positive test result?

There are no refunds. As a nonprofit organization, there is always the option to turn your ticket back and have the purchase recognized as a donation.

How is the weather in Jackson?

Temperatures vary greatly in December, averaging in the high 20's. All of our events are held indoors, however please dress appropriately for the walk to the venue. Plan on dressing for winter.

Does Jackson Hole offer ride share programs or taxi services?

We always recommend carpooling or ride share programs to our events! Jackson hole does have Uber and Lyft services, but sometimes they can be limited due to demand. If you wish to schedule a car service, we recommend a black car service (reservations are required).

Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive. Please alert a staff member or volunteer if you would like assistance arranging transportation home from the event.
